The origins of Virtual Private Networks, simply called VPN, were as a means to conceive, and it provided the off-site workers to log in to their corporate networks remotely and securely from an insecure network connection. Since many users have switched to Linux being attracted by its security benefits, without a question, these users are looking for a VPN for their Linux computer. Thus, the providers of VPN have to ensure that their services support Linux as they do for Windows or Mac. This article discusses VPN for Linux.
